  • Apply for Wisconsin Department of Vocational Rehabilitation 

  • 18+ years old

  • Completed high school credits

Reach out to Project SEARCH staff to schedule a time to see the training room & take a tour of campus!

With the help of your guardian, case worker, or a school staff member, complete the application.
